Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — The hgi909 website accessible at hgi909.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions, including all gaming products, account management interfaces, and payment facilities.
• "hgi909" — The operator of the Platform, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.

Eligibility

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a personal Account on the Platform. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hgi909 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify hgi909 immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
• Non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your Account is prohibited.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Outdated information may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending re-verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hgi909 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hgi909 supports the following payment channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 via e-wallet; Rp 25.000 via bank transfer. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Processing times: E-wallet deposits credit within seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within minutes but may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays. hgi909 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment channel.
• Withdrawal to source: hgi909 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as an anti-money-laundering measure. If your deposit source is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made subject to additional verification.
• No conversion fees: hgi909 does not charge currency conversion fees on any IDR transaction. All amounts are processed in Rupiah without markup.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hgi909 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant Account balances, provided the remaining balance does not fall below zero.

Bonuses & Promotions

hgi909 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the promotion detail page at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. • Abuse prevention: hgi909 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• hgi909 discretion: hgi909 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules govern gameplay across all hgi909 product categories:

• Game integrity: All games available on hgi909 are supplied by licensed, independently audited studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Random number generators are certified by independent testing laboratories. hgi909 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hgi909 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, whether in live casino games, poker-format games, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate hgi909 transactions. Any Member who initiates a chargeback will have their Account suspended pending investigation, and the disputed amount will be deducted from the Account Balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

hgi909 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. The KYC process requires the submission of the following documentation:

Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from hgi909. Unauthorised use of hgi909 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgi909 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss or damage arising from technical failures, system outages, internet disruptions, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond hgi909's reasonable control.

• Any loss resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials.

hgi909's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

hgi909 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by hgi909.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate hgi909 transaction.
• hgi909's decision to discontinue services to a particular market or jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, any Balance derived from fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to prohibited activity will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting hgi909 support via live chat. Voluntary closures will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Balance will be paid out to the verified payment method on file, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds being forfeited.

Responsible Gaming
